The present general conditions rule the sale of the products showing on the site of:

Any order intends the relative adhesion to said general conditions of sale. The sale contract is submitted to French Law. The relative orders can be placed only between art-sevensun EURL and any other physical non-trading person

Any order means acceptance of the relative prices and description of the products available for selling.Any dispute in respect will occur within a possible exchange and the guarantees here-under mentioned.Except in case of guarantee, any operation occurring between ART-SEVENSUN EURL and their clients, undisputed within the month following the purchase, cannot give rise to any complaint .

 2. PRICES

Our prices are indicated in Euros and include the current French VAT. Any change in the VAT rate could be immediately passed on our prices.Those prices are to be understood free from lump sum fees for handling the order (according to current amount)(cf.§ delivery modes).

Keep your invoice, you will have to produce it in case of exchange or refund.

5) DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

For each order, a lump sum fee for the order handling will be required (shipping costs, packing, parcelprocessing…) amounting to Euros 7,00€ for France, Euros 10,00€ for Europe and Euros 24,00€ for other parts of the world. However, this may be free of port dues from a certain amount and according to the delivery area, in this case, you will be informed accordingly when validating your order.Parcels are tracked « colissimo »shipped for France ( French Telecom parcel ) as well as for the European Union countries. For countries outside the EU parcels are shipped by Post Priority Parcels.In case of stock disruption, the customer is individually informed by e.mail or fax. 6. REFUND GUARANTEE OR EXCHANGE

Should an item not be thoroughly satisfactory, it can be returned within 14 days, packed in original wrapping, to be exchanged or refunded or else a credit note can be given ( except for items ordered in Best Of or Promotion sections, which are neither returned nor exchanged) ,to

To help us improve our services to you, please send us together with your parcel, a copy of the relative invoice and state the reason for the return of said items.

All items can be subject to exchange or refund except for those stating a contradictory mention. The exchange should occur within a 7-day period from the receipt or withdraw date. If the new order is of a

11. LIABILITY

EURL ART-SEVENSUN could not see their liability engaged for inconvenience and damage relative to the use of the Internet network such as among others a disruption in the service, computer viruses presence or external intrusion or more generally all cases qualified as Act of God by the courts of justice.

12. DISPUTES SETTLEMENT

In case of a dispute, an out- of- court settlement will be searched prior to any legal action. Failing, any legal action will be brought before the competent court of justice of the defendant address or of the delivery place or of the competence of the head office of the company FASHION2010.
